Common questions
What's the difference between Creator, Builder, Suite, and Lifetime?
Creator ($29/mo) covers all the content tools. Builder ($49/mo) adds email + KDP + EverCEO. Suite ($79/mo) is everything. Lifetime ($497 one-time) is Suite forever, plus all future features, at $0/mo.
How does revenue attribution actually work?
Every post you publish includes a unique tracking link (UTM + click ID). When someone clicks, lands on your product, and buys via the linked checkout, the sale ties back to that post in /app/analytics.
Why are some video platforms generating scripts but no video?
If you don't have ElevenLabs + Creatomate (or HeyGen) keys configured, we save the script but can't render an MP4. Add the keys at /app/settings or check /app/diag for render readiness.
What if I don't have AI keys?
Bring your own from Anthropic, Groq (free tier is generous), Gemini, or OpenAI. We try them in that order. Your AI costs are paid to the provider, not us — your margins stay yours.
Can I auto-post to TikTok / Instagram / X?
Yes, via Zernio integration. Add your Zernio key at /app/settings, pin profiles per platform in /app/integrations/zernio, then toggle auto_post on Generate.
How does Competitor X-Ray work?
You add handles. We scrape their public posts via Brave Search, distill their winning hooks/formats/CTAs with AI, and auto-inject those patterns into every post YOU generate.
Why did my generated post score below 70?
The AI retries up to 3 times. If the best of 4 attempts is still under 70, we save it as a draft + skip media render (to save quota). Read it, edit it, or hit Re-generate manually.
Where do my deleted posts go?
They're soft-deleted for 30 days at /app/trash. Restore with one click. After 30 days the purge cron permanently removes them.
How do I cancel?
Stripe billing portal at /api/saas/billing-portal. Or email mat@evervibesdigital.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
What if I find a bug?
Reply to any email from Mat OR open /app/diag and copy the page state to share. Bugs get fixed fast.
Is there a refund policy?
Lifetime: 14-day money-back, no questions asked. Monthly: cancel anytime, last month is non-refundable.
Can I bring my data when I leave?
Yes. Export at /app/settings → 'Export workspace data'. All posts, contacts, analytics dumped as JSON + CSV.
